WHAT can be returned?
Our Products are only returnable if it arrives to you damaged. We would like to state that each pack of hair and cosmetic product are carefully checked before despatched. If you have order the wrong time we will in this circumstance will allow you to return the item but you are liable for any costs in its return.
If the package seems to be damaged or parcel seal broken on arrival to you, DO NOT ACCEPT THE PACKAGE and instruct the courier to send it back to us before you accept the item.
We expect that any damaged ITEM be sent back to us in all its original packaging and using either special or recorded delivery. After our own examination we will either credit your account or send you a replacement. All decisions by us are final.
If the item that you ordered is the wrong item or it is not what you expected you are able to send it back to us at your own expense. Your account will be credited but no refund will be given.
WHEN do items need to be returned by?
Any return must be either reported to us by phone or email on the day of its arrival to you. You then have 7 days to send the product back to us failure to do so will result in your credit or replacement to be denied

All items need to be sent back to this address:

When the product is return we will need the following:
- printed copy of the invoice
- Item with all its original packaging
Without either of these things WE WILL NOT proceed in either crediting or replacing the damaged item.
SHIPPING returns
We expect you the customer to send the item via Royal Mail services in any return circumstance. If any other delivery service is used we will not be able to refund you the return costs. All shipping returns costs will be credited to your account or alternately under circumstance postal ordered or a cheque given within 35 days. This will be done to our discretion.
